Prime Titan Market charges performance fees (a percentage of profits from expert trading), subscription fees for premium plans, spreads built into market pricing, and withdrawal fees that vary by payment method. All fees are clearly disclosed before you incur them.
You agree not to use the platform for illegal purposes, engage in market manipulation or wash trading, attempt to hack or reverse-engineer our systems, create multiple accounts to abuse promotions, share or sell your account credentials, or use automated tools without written authorisation.
The Prime Titan Market platform, including all content, features, algorithms, data, and functionality, is owned by Prime Titan Market Ltd. and protected by international intellectual property laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Titan Market shall not be liable for investment losses, technical failures, actions of copied traders, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
